finally it came the day which in the first week i came to japan, i have prayed for it and nothing else...and when it came, i prayed it never showed up!

i can't believe it my days in nippon gonna end soon...next day in the morning i'll be leaving borading MH71 by malaysian airlines..and be off ..sayonara nippon!!! till i see you again in my life..

as soon as i came back from karuizawa camp, i rushed back to my dorm and finished stuffs that i have left before my trip to karuizawa..it was hectic...i thot i was never gonna faced this kind of problems but how i was wrong..gosh for the first time in my life..i came to realise how precious time was for me...i did every little thing in a rush..and still it seems that i havent got the time..time moves so fast i felt that day

the school made a brief and small farewell party for me and rina at the dorm..only a few people present that day apart from our nippon friends..president shimada and son came, mimura san, suwa san, erikawa san, a few staffs from student affairs office, ishigami sensei and okamoto sensei...the rest were dearest tomoko negishi ** she came and i was really happy for that! thanks tomoko chan**, aoi, fumiye, asano, reiko. chie, chiaky, megu...that was it...kinda disappointed that cho sensei didn't show up...wonder why....

the ceremony started with a brief graduation ceremony thingy..was presented a certificate and omiyage from the president.. a few pictures here and there...some sushi and a few cups of coke..and the day was done! wanted so bad to go to harajuku or anywhere near tokyo for a last minute shopping, but was too busy writing up addresses in books and wishes...we left the dorm at 1030 and went to shibuya..hoho

i didnt sleep that day!! busy packing finally i took a light nap at 5 am and woke up at 7 am!! my eyes were terribly red! and i didnt really sleep in the plane either...

Quote:
6 months was short and brief
being in nippon was bittersweet
i was so sad to leave
how i wish i could stay
live a life there if i may

there's no words to describe
of what i feel inside
to be in nippon was like a dream
which came true..materialized
right in front of my own eyes

i came, i saw, i experienced it all
travelling, learning, making friends
all of which i will never forget
and surely hope i could come back

goodbye now nippon
hope to see you soon
only sad words of sayonara
i bid farewell to you..

i spent my last 10 days in japan at karuizawa; from feb 28th to march 11th...it was a fun experince totally different than what i had before simply because it is more LIVELY and REALISTIC.

i was there as english teacher's assistant for 16 freshmen year students from bunkyo gakuin university.the atmosphere was great surrounded by japanese girls who were eager to learn not just english but about me, myself and malaysia too..i was simply honored to be part of that program...the best time and most memorabilia time i had in japan by far...the only sad thing was..THE WERE NO INTERNET..thus i was totally cut off from the whole world for 10 days practically...haha...i can't live without internet...huhu and oxygen of course...hehe..

Message aimed at English-speaking Japanese in/around Karuizawa:
I am a native English speaker (British, Caucasian), resident in Karuizawa. I plan to write a new type of English text book based on jokes, songs, acting, one-liners, straight man/funny man (or woman), party tricks. Student’s textbook is an exercise book. Anything to get you speaking. Looking for adult, outgoing Japanese that are fighting to speak active, exciting, usable (even crazy) English. The purpose of students is to develop new teaching material; so no charge. That's right, free of charge. Absolutely no religious connection. I taught English for 20 years in Japan (1973-93) and wrote a number to textbooks and training manuals. My time is your time. No children. This method will only work with groups. Give me your reaction.

nothing special for today, i just went to tokyo university with yazid *he's a todai student thus he knows the way well*
it is interesting though, todai *the abbreviation of tokyo university* was so close by with BGU and where i lived, but i never really had the **feel** to went there and take pictures to the well-known red gate or anything like that..thus it is such a pity to let go of the oppurtunity because i only have a few days here in tokyo...thus before the chances past me by and never look me back at the face i felt i should seize the moments and went there...domo arigatoo yazid san for being my "tourist-guide"

Aishah nie simpan gambar2 si Yazid utk personal collection dia ler tuh.... tak mau share dgn org lain .... anyway, that tree is huge... Tue 1-Mar-2005 14:15

the diet building of japan

the front view
it was a rainy day..dark sky
can u see nippon flag?
View all 8 photos...
around last week i, rina and ishigami sensei of mine went to the national diet building of japan in nagatacho, tokyo. it was a cold rainy day..this is the second time i went to a field trip with sensei and it was raining..ishigami sensei said, she could be a "rainy lady" anyways, the national diet building of japanhandles tour...this diet building is the symbol of democracy of japan..it is the same like parliament of malaysia....

it was an interesting sight to see...the only thing that was regretful was, it was raining...thus i can't take pictures i mean beautiful pictures..i mean what can you expect of the quality of pictures from my vcam 1.3 pixels camera.. nonetheless, i'm glad and had a blast visiting that place...because i have went to our parliament..thus it is so cool to see the differences between the two..japan definitely has a way grandeur and magnificent building than us..

nhk broadcasting museum

some of the earliest form of radio in japan
cute, don't you think?
i like this one, so classic
View all 14 photos...
[b]this was the first field trip with ishigami sensei..i am so excited to go for this trip..NHK..or so i thought it was...but actually what we went to see was just the broadcasting museum of NHK that is open to public..

anyways, still i am excited we went but it was pouring heavily..cold winter rain..!! man how i hate that..wet and freezing cold..like the japanese says; "SAMUI YOOO" yes indeed it was samui...and we kinda got lost at first..this museum was located up the hills somewhere in tokyo..*i forgot the place, but we went by tozai line*

anyways, sensei couldn't find the elevator that could make our lifes easier...hoho sensei...so we walked up the hills in pouring rain..talked about some exercise...the good thing was unlike the FUJI TV, this museum lets u take pictures inside so yeay yeay...it was sooo interesting because, broadcasting is my major!! so it gives me ideas and knowledge about my world..
